How does Ship AI find the best rate?
Snap a photo and Ship AI pulls together everything we need — what you're shipping, how big it is, how much it weighs. We line up live rates from USPS, FedEx, and UPS, ranked by cheapest, fastest, or best value. You pick. Done.
Can I tweak the item details before buying?
Absolutely. Tap any item in your cart to adjust the name, weight, dimensions, or category — rates update the moment you make a change. Your shipment, your call.
Can I print labels at home?
Yes. AirPrint sends your label straight to any Wi-Fi printer — a 4×6 thermal printer like Rollo or Brother QL, or a standard 8.5×11 home printer. Set your default in Settings → Label size. No printer? Pick QR drop-off and show your phone at any USPS, FedEx, or UPS counter.
Can I cancel a label after I've bought it?
Yes. Open the shipment and tap Void within 24 hours of purchase — we'll cancel the label and refund you in full. Once the carrier picks the package up, the void window closes.
What's the difference between thermal and letter labels?
Thermal labels (4×6) print on dedicated label printers like Rollo or Brother QL — they come out ready to peel and stick. Letter labels (8.5×11) print on regular paper; trim along the line and tape it to the box. Both get your package to the same place — use whichever fits your setup.
How does the subscription work?
A Ship AI subscription unlocks unlimited label creation in the app. Carrier costs still apply per shipment. Manage or cancel anytime from your Apple ID settings.
Are my shipments synced across devices?
Yes. Your shipments, addresses, and saved recipients live with your account, so signing in on a new iPhone or iPad picks up exactly where you left off.
Does Ship AI ship internationally?
We're domestic-US only today — any US address to any US address. International is on the roadmap.
What if my package gets lost?
Every carrier label includes baseline coverage out of the box, and you can add extra insurance at the rates step for higher-value items. If something does go missing, the carrier handles the claim — reply to your receipt email and we'll help you start it.
Can I save package sizes I use often?
Yes. Save any shipment as a Preset, then load it from + New → From a saved preset. One tap brings back weight and dimensions, ready to ship again.
